What an absolutely amazing day at today’s Woodroad Park Family Fun Day 2026!
I am completely blown away by the incredible turnout. A massive thank you to our wonderful community for coming out in such huge numbers to support the event. Every single person I spoke with today was having a fantastic time, and seeing so many smiling faces made all the planning truly worth it!
As chair of the Woodroad Park Events Group, I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to the Woodroad Park Events Group Committee, the Cumnock Action Plan and the Cumnock and District Round Table
Your tireless dedication, hard work and collaboration has made today’s fourth Woodroad Family Fun Day the absolute best one so far!
I also want to send a massive thank you to Provost Councillor Claire Leitch for joining me to officially open the event today. It was an honour to kick off such a magical day with you!
