Police numbers are at their lowest level since the SNP centralised Scotland’s police forces.

The latest figures reveal an exodus of officers from Police Scotland, with 700 officers leaving the force in just a year. The number of police officers in Scotland is now at its lowest level since 2008.

Policing is no longer a priority for the SNP Government - as the Chief Constable has stated - and relations between the SNP Government and police are at rock bottom after officers were insulted with a derisory pay offer.
