It was lovely to spend this afternoon with the New Cumnock Afternoon Tea Group at New Cumnock Town Hall.
The New Cumnock Afternoon Tea Group provides a facility where people can spend a couple of hours in a warm place meeting and chatting to others within the community. They offer sandwiches, tea/coffee and a variety of home baking as well as an hour of entertainment.
I must thank the group for my warm welcome this afternoon, the range of home baking and warm mince pies were amazing, plus I even got a chance to play a game of Bingo! I am certainly looking forward to eating my gift of Home Made Fruit Jam. The Committee do a fantastic job running each event, well done for everything you do.
